Title

Hot Seat

The hot seat mobile office is on tracks and usually located at the front window that faces the community multi-purpose room. It can roll back through the warehouse to the laundry room and shipping & receiving.

On the computer screen located on the hot seat the acting network administrator can view persons at the front gate and open the gate. The administrator can answer the phone, get things from the warehouse and send them by package carrier to peoples' homes, receive deliveries, all without leaving the proximity of their desk. Just a few steps from the hot seat they can make a sandwich or do a load of wash, and still easily monitor the front gate and answer calls.

Next they use their phone to call the computer and they enter the number of the destination where the package is going. The destination phones rings and a the person at the destination indicates by hitting a key on their phone that they wish to receive the package and the package mover goes into action.
